Warranty

We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal household use.

This warranty covers manufacturing faults only. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper cleaning, accidental drops, excessive force, normal wear and tear, alteration of the product, or use outside of the intended purpose.

If you believe an item arrived defective or develops a manufacturing fault, contact us through our contact page and provide details of the issue along with supporting photos. We will review each claim and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement or other remedy at our discretion.

This warranty does not extend to claims based on personal preference, sizing fit, or dissatisfaction that does not relate to a manufacturing defect.

This warranty is offered in addition to your rights under our refund policy.
